Throughout my career, I’ve shaped marketing strategies across multiple regions—leading the Asia-Pacific expansion as APAC Marketing Director based in Australia, advancing customer experience as Global CX Director in San Francisco, and driving product messaging and audience engagement as Global Head of Communications & Content in New York City.

Before tech, my work was rooted in behavioral psychology and social work. I spent nearly half a decade contributing to leading clinical research studies on addiction and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for Dr. Alan Marlatt and Dr. Marsha Linehan—research funded by the National Institute of Mental Health and the National Institute on Drug Abuse. Later, I transitioned to practice in the field as an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor at a methadone maintenance facility in New York City.

Across every industry and role I’ve had, one element remains constant: I am a storyteller. Which means I am both a listener and a communicator—and I act with purpose. Whether it’s the narrative the data is revealing, the internal story that company policies and culture shape, or interpreting the experience customers have with a brand, my role is to decipher that message and transform insights into impactful outcomes that align with business values and commercial goals. Some scenarios call for a deft ear before action, while others demand swift and pragmatic decisions.

I am a storyteller of my own experiences. My op-eds and essays are published in Salon.com, The Seattle Times, Brooklyn Daily Eagle, and other outlets.

My writing as a ghostwriter is also featured in major publications including Travel + Leisure, Architectural Digest, Good Morning America and more.

My professional journey is grounded in my academic background. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Washington, with a concentration in English and sociology. I later continued my post-baccalaureate studies in creative writing at The New School and UC Berkeley.
