GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) outline the general terms under which you (“Client”) may engage with services offered by Catchingjoy.com LLC (“Service Provider”) via gyaltsenfgo.com. By entering into a service engagement, you agree to the following:
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider provides marketing and CX professional services including but not limited to strategy, writing, editing, branding, and related consulting. Specific project terms—including scope, timelines, and deliverables—will be outlined separately and agreed upon prior to the start of any engagement.
2. Payment
Rates, billing structure, and payment terms are confirmed in writing as part of individual project agreements. Deposits are due upon signing the services agreement, as outlined in individual project contracts. Payment for services rendered is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Clients will have full ownership over the final deliverables once payment has been received in full. The Service Provider reserves the right to reference non-confidential work in a portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise indicated in writing.
4. Confidentiality
Any sensitive or proprietary information shared during an engagement will be treated as confidential by both parties.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely information, feedback, and approvals necessary to complete the work; otherwise, delays in communication or reviewing work may impact project timelines which would fall outside of the control of the Service Provider.
6. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions are included as defined in each individual project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may require a new quote, additional costs, and a timeline extension.
7. Cancellation and Termination
Either party may cancel a project by providing notice in writing. In such cases, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Deposits or retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. No Guarantees
The Service Provider will make every effort to deliver high-quality outcomes but cannot guarantee specific results or performance from services provided.
10. Updates to These Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or update these general Terms of Service at any time.
By engaging services from the Service Provider, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these general Terms of Service.
